The “Hadonica’s Photography Boudoir Promo Experience”is sponsored by Hadonica’s Photography located at 758 Walnut Knoll Ln Suite 202, Memphis, TN 38018 (the “Sponsor”).

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 21+ at time of entry, able to travel at their own expense to Sponsor’s studio located in Memphis, TN. Employees, contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Begins March 20th at 9:00 a.m. cst and ends April 10th at 9:00 a.m. cst (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this window are void.

During the Promotion Period, visit hadonicasphotography.com/boudoirpromo1 and complete the entry form (name, email, phone, and any requested survey questions). Limit one (1) entry per person/email. Automated entries are prohibited.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or to be selected as the Grand Prize winner. No skill, essay, or creative submission is required to enter or win.

On or about April 10th, Sponsor will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Grand Prize (1 winner):
One boudoir photography experience at Sponsor’s studio located in Memphis, TN including:

• Professional hair and makeup styling

• In-studio boudoir session

• A digital image collection and custom album as described in Sponsor’s “Rose Collection” (exact number and specifications to be provided to winner in writing)

• Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $3,600. Travel, lodging, and any other expenses are not included and are the winner's sole responsibility.

• Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The Grand Prize may not be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part.

• The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

Separate from the random drawing, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, invite certain non–Grand Prize entrants to book a paid session and receive a limited-time promotional studio credit (the “Promotional Credit Offer”).

This Promotional Credit Offer is not part of the sweepstakes prize drawing, does not depend on chance, and is not related to the outcome of the Grand Prize drawing. Recipients of the Promotional Credit Offer are not “winners.” It is an optional marketing offer that requires a purchase to redeem.

If extended, the Promotional Credit Offer will be:

A $1,000 studio credit applied toward qualifying boudoir collections at Sponsor’s then-current pricing.

Valid only with a new boudoir booking made by 72hrs after phone call with studio for sessions completed by December 1st 2026

Applicable only to collections with a minimum pre-credit purchase of $1,000 before tax.

One per person; non transferable; no cash value; may not be sold or combined with other discounts, offers, or prior purchases.

Must be applied in a single order; unused amounts are forfeited.

Promotional Credit has no cash value and will not be refunded or credited if a booking is canceled, refunded, or charged back.

If you do not wish to receive marketing or Promotional Credit Offers, you may opt out at any time by following the instructions in Sponsor’s communications.

Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email, text, or phone on or about July 25th using the information provided at entry and must respond within (response window, 48 hours. Sponsor may require completion of eligibility, liability, and publicity release forms. Failure to respond or complete required documents may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner.

Grand Prize session and any sessions booked using a Promotional Credit Offer will be scheduled on mutually agreed dates at Sponsor’s studio and are subject to Sponsor’s standard studio contract, rescheduling and no-show policies, and model release terms. As a condition of accepting the Grand Prize or Promotional Credit Offer, participants agree to sign Sponsor’s standard model release permitting use of images for portfolio, advertising, website, and social media. If a Grand Prize winner fails to schedule and complete the session by December 1st 2026, the prize may be forfeited.

Participation constitutes consent, where lawful, to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, and images for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oklahoma and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.hadonicasphotography.com/privacy-policy applies to all information collected.
